Here at Old Yardleians Vixens Girls, we are committed to listening to feedback from players and parents as we value this the most. As a club, we want to create an environment where everyone has input and help us improve with the simple mindset that we want our girls to “enjoy playing rugby”.
Solihull Vixens has an established voluntary committee comprising Senior Coaches, Team Managers, Player Welfare, and parents. We have clear processes and procedures in place to help us gain feedback.
These include Team Whats App groups, Quarterly Parent & Player Updates, surveys for both players and parents, and Annual General Meeting.
If you do want to give any feedback no matter how big or small then we request you follow the below:
